摘要 超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMW-PE)塑料合金具有优异的物理和机械性能,能替代金属在离心泵和轴承等机械领域中的广泛应用。超高分子量聚乙烯的分子量对其物理机械性能有着很大影响。本文重点研究了分子量对超高分子量聚乙烯的耐磨性、拉伸强度、洛氏硬度、冲击强度等的影响规律,为UHMW-PE的工业应用提供理论依据。 Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene is of many outstanding physical and mechanical performances. And it may be substituted for metal material widely applied in mechanism field. It is important that the effects of molecular weight on the performance of UHMW - PE is outstanding. In this paper, the effects of molecular weight on the impact strength, drawing strength, hardness, and so on of UHMW - PE were studied.
