冠心病血瘀证与血小板颗粒膜蛋白和纤溶功能关系的探讨 被引量:20

The Association of GMP-140, t-PA an PAI-1 Levels in the Plasma with the Pattern of Blood Stasis of Coronary Heart Disease

摘要 目的探讨血小板颗粒膜蛋白 (GMP—1 4 0 )、组织型纤溶酶原激活物 (t—PA)、纤溶酶原激活物抑制物 (PAI—1 )与冠心病血瘀证的关系。方法选择 48例血瘀型、5 2例非血瘀型冠心病 (CHD)患者和 5 4例健康人 ,对其血浆GMP—1 4 0含量、t—PA、PAI—1活性进行检测。结果CHD血瘀证患者血浆GMP—1 4 0明显高于非血瘀证和健康对照组 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1 ) ,CHD患者血瘀证PAI—1活性明显升高 ,t—PA活性明显降低 ,与非血瘀组和健康组相比差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1 ) ,进一步分析表明 ,t—PA/PAI—1比值各组相比均具有显著差异 (均P <0 .0 1 ) ,以血瘀证组最低。结论GMP—1 4 0、t—PA、PAI—1可作为冠心病血瘀证的微观辨证参考指标。 Objective To investigate the association of GMP 140, tissue type plasminogen activator (t PA) and plasminogen activator inhibitor 1 (PAI 1) levels in the plasma with the pattern of blood stasis(PBS) of coronary heart disease (CHD). Mefhods 48 cases with CHD in the patterns of PBS and 52 CHD cases with non blood stasis pattern, supplemented with 54 cases of healthy people, were included in this study. The plasma levels of GMP 140,t PA and PAI 1 were determined among them.Results The cases with PBS showed very significantly increased plasma levels of GMP 140 and PAI 1 and sigificanfly decreased level of t PA, when compared with that of healthy people and those cases with non blood stasis pattern of CHD ( P <0.01~0.05). Furthermore, the ratio of t PA to PAI 1 was the most significant in the evaluation of this association with a lowest value in the cases with PBS of coronary heart disease.Conclusion GMP 140,t PA and PAI 1 can be taken as the microcosimic referring indexes for the pattern differentiation of CHD cases to differentiate PBS from non-blood stasis pattern.
