摘要
电子商务模式是企业在价值链系统一定位置上为目标市场提供价值和赢利的方式。它由e化市场环境、客户关系、产品创新、财务要素、企业资源、业务流程六个要素构成 ,这些要素之间相互依赖和联系 ,共同确定商务模式的构成和特点。电子商务模式研究对企业管理创新和传统企业战略转型有重要的理论和实践意义 ,在商务沟通、企业分析。
E-business model defines the way an enterprise delivers the value to a target market and generates profit based on its positioning in the value chain network. It consists of e-market context, customer relationship, product creation, financials, enterprise resources, and operational process. Those elements are interdependent and co-determine the structure and characteristics of a business model. Modeling electronic commerce is valuable for practices in business communication, business analysis, business model design, building comprehensive performance evaluation system, and so on.
