摘要
本文提出了一种用于波形仪器数字化存储的电路结构.它根据电子测量仪器如示波器所产生的时基信号自动调节采样间隔,具有实时采样和非实时采样的双重功能.文章讨论了它的构成原理和电路设计,以及该电路具有的若干特点.
This paper presents a new circuit for digitally store waveforms delected by electronic instruments such as oscilloscopes. The sampling rate of the circuit is adaptive to the time-base coming from and adjusted for the instrument. The sampling can be carried out either real-time or unreal-time.The paper discusses the design of the new waveform storage circuit, its functions and someproperties.
