摘要
采用对苯二胺与仲丁基溴反应合成了混合仲丁基取代对苯二胺。混合仲丁基取代对苯二胺与抗氧剂2,6-二叔丁基对甲基苯酚(T501)复配制得汽油用液体抗氧剂,其抗氧效果优于T501单独使用的效果,且达到抗氧指标的用量,约为T501用量的1/4,加入到油品中不影响油品的其它质量指标。
Various secondary butyl substituted ρ-phenylenediamine was synthesized by reacting ρ-phenylenediamine with secondary-butyl-bromide for antioxydation of gasoline. The liquid antioxidant through compounding the synthesized diamine with 2, 6-bis (tert-butyl) p-methyl-phenol (T501) had better effect on antioxygenation than using T501 alone, only 1/4 of T501 dosage was needed to meet the antioxydation specification without influencing other performance of the gasoline.
