随着中国加入世贸组织和市场的进一步开放,世界大型跨国汽车公司纷纷在我国投资设厂,并把汽车的核心专利技术作为扩大其在中国汽车市场竞争中的利器加以实施,在这场没有硝烟的汽车专利技术战中,我国的汽车工业将如何应对?通过对我国汽车行业专利工作现状的分析,借鉴跨国汽车公司的经验,对此问题进行了研究并提出了对策。

Due to the accession to WTO and the expansion of the market,full-scaled transnational auto corporations in the world begin to invest in China to set up factories one after another,and they implement the core patented technology of the automobile as a powerful weapon to expand their abilities to compete in the auto market in China.This is so-called'the fund doesn't reach,the patent goes ahead'.In the battle of this automobile patent work without smoke of gunpowder,how will the auto industry in China respond?This essay puts forward the countermeasure to this problem by analyzing the current situation of the patent work of the automobile in China and considering the experience of the transnational auto corporations.
