摘要 结合电力信息系统的应用现状,提出了利用模糊综合评判法进行基于系统安全工程能力成熟度模型(SSE-CMM)的电力系统信息安全评估的模型和方法。首先介绍了SSE-CMM和模糊综合评判法,然后阐述了如何根据SSE-CMM划分评判层次,并根据电力信息系统的特点合理确定模糊评判矩阵和权重系数集,最后通过算例分析阐明了应用模糊综合评判法进行基于SSE-CMM的电力系统信息安全评估的具体步骤。计算结果表明,文中提出的方法具有可行性和指导性。 In view of the current application of Information systems for electric power industry, the model and method for implementing overall information security evaluation in power systems by means of fuzzy comprehensive judgment are proposed, which are based on the systems security engineering capability maturity model (SSE-CMM). First the SSE-CMM and fuzzy comprehensive judgment method are presented. Then the hierarchical architecture processed by fuzzy comprehensive judgment according to SSE-CMM is expounded, followed by properly determining the fuzzy judgment matrix and weight coefficient of different factors on the basis of characteristics of the electric power information system. Finally, the SSE-CMM-based procedures for implementing information security evaluation of the power system with the fuzzy comprehensive judgment method are presented through a calculation example. The results show that the method proposed is feasible and instructive. This work is supported by Key Project of the l0th Five-Year Research Program of China (No. 2002BA103A).
