摘要
试验以吉林省主推的普通玉米单交种为母本,以高油玉米为父本进行人工杂交,研究双亲对杂交当代子粒的脂肪、蛋白质和淀粉含量的影响。结果表明:①母本对杂交当代子粒脂肪含量的影响大于父本,杂交当代子粒的脂肪含量与其双亲的关系是:普通玉米单交种×高油玉米自交系杂交当代子粒的脂肪含量=0.60P1+0.40P2;普通玉米单交种×高油玉米单交种杂交当代子粒的脂肪含量=0.65P1+0.35P2;普通玉米单交种×高油玉米群体的杂交当代子粒的脂肪含量=0.60P1+0.40P2。②双亲对杂交当代子粒的蛋白质含量的影响比较复杂,不同杂交组合表现不同。③双亲对杂交当代子粒的淀粉含量的影响有母本大于父本的趋势。
By crossing between five common corn single hybrids and four high oil corns,the effects of male and female parents on the kernel fat,protein and starch contents of F1embryo stage were conducted.Results were as follow:①The effects of female parent on the kernel fat content of F1embryo stage were bigger than that of male par-ent.The relationship between the kernel fat content of F1embryo stage and parents as follows:the kernel fat content of F1embryo stage in corn single hybrids×inbred strains of high oil corn=0.60P1+0.40P2;the kernel fat content of F1embryo stage in corn single hybrids×single hybrids of high oil corn=0.65P1+0.35P2;the kernel fat content of F1em-bryo stage in corn single hybrids×groups of high oil corn=0.60P1+0.40P2.②The effects of male and female parents on the kernel protein content of F1embryo stage were more complex.The effects of male and female parents on the ker-nel protein content of F1embryo stage vary with different cross combinations.③In the effects of male and female parents on the kernel starch contents of F1embryo stage,there was the trend that female parent was bigger than male parent.
