摘要
采用sol—gel方法制备了纳米Fe2 O3 、TiO2 及Fe2 O3 —TiO2 粉体 ,并以其作为前驱体制得该纳米微粒与海藻酸钠的复合膜。以X -射线粉末衍射 (XRD)、透射电子显微镜 (TEM)、循环伏安 (I—V)等物理化学方法探讨了各种复合薄膜的表面结构与催化活性。紫外—可见吸光光度法等矿究结果表明 ,以杀菌紫外灯作光源 ,亚甲基蓝在纳米Fe2 O3 、TiO2 及α -Fe2 O3 —TiO2 与海藻酸钠的复合膜悬浮溶液中 ,可被快速脱色降解 ,在α -Fe2 O3 中加入 15 %的TiO2 后 ,α -Fe2 O3 —TiO2 复合晶体比单一的α-Fe2 O3 或TiO2
Three new nano thin films of Fe 2O 3,TiO 2 and α-Fe 2O 3—TiO 2 by doping their powder with which are prepared by sol-gel method with sodium alginate polymer were prepared.Surface structures and catalytic activities of the films were characterized by XRD,TEM and I-V techniques.The results of UV-Visible absorption showed that the methylene blue was mineralized in aqueous of α-Fe 2O 3/SA,TiO 2/SA and α-Fe 2O 3—TiO 2/SA upon radiation with ultra violet light.They also showed the photodegradation activitie of α-Fe 2O 3 was enhanced by doping 15% TiO 2.
