摘要
采用超声波技术对毛白杨雄花序黄酮提取工艺进行研究,选择超声功率,乙醇浓度,超声时间,物料比为因素进行正交实验,优选出超声提取最佳工艺:即以70%的乙醇,料液比为1/30,功率为150W的超声波处理40min。具有提取效率高,提取时间短,温度低的优点。
A novel extraction process of flavonoids from male Inflorescence of Populus tomentosa Carr.by ultrasonic wave is tested.The optimum extracting conditions of flavonoids are investigated by using orthogonal experimental design.The results show that 150W ultrasonic wave,30∶1 of 70% ethanol to male inflorescence weight,extraction for 40min are optimal.This method is more effective with advantages of shot extracting period,higher yield and lower temperature.
