摘要
本文采用河南省的59个小麦品种,228个样本,分别测定了粗蛋白质、脂肪、淀粉、灰分、氨基酸的百分含量。结果表明同一品种在不同地区种植其粗蛋白质含量有显著差异,不同品种在同一地区种植其粗蛋白质含量也有显著差异。同时对脂肪淀粉、灰分、十七种氨基酸也作了概要分析。
This paper measures percent contents of crude protein、fat、amylum、ash and amino-acid of 223 specimens in 59 varieties of wheat in Henan province. The results show a distinct difference in crude protein content not only for same variety of wheat planted in each area, but also for various wheats planted in same area. In addition, a brief analysis of fat、amylun、ash and 17 kinds of amino-acid are given in this paper.
