摘要 本文研究了美国图书馆参考咨询工作的发展历程 ,并将其区分为萌芽、形成、发展、巩固发展、数字化发展等 5个时期 。 This paper researches the development course of reference service of USA libraries and diefferentiaties it by five periods including sprout, formation, development,consolidatory development and digitization development.Eeatures of various periods are also summarized.
