论我国产权市场的建设与发展

On the Establishment and Development of Chinese Property Rights Market

本文认为,我国产权市场正在成长为一个新型的资本市场,它的出现和规范化建设必将为国有企业市场化改革提供新的出路.为民营企业购买国有产权提供通道,为外资进入提供方便快捷的服务,从而加快产权市场的招商步伐。完善的产权市场具有信息聚集功能、价格发掘功能、制度规范功能、中介服务功能,但是,由于目前我国产权市场存在机构定位模糊。法规不健全,缺乏一部统一的产权交易法规,产权交易不规范等问题,使得产权市场潜在的巨大功能无法有效发挥出来。文章指出了我国产权市场规范化建设的成效和发展趋势,还提出了加快我国产权市场的培育和规范化建设的若干建议。

The reform of Chinese state-owned enterprises leads to the fresh matter-property rights market. With the deepening of the reform,Property right market has become the breakthrough point and plays more and more important role. The Chinese property rights market has experienced a long and tortuous period but its function has not completely been standed out.A developed property rights market plays important role in a country's market systems.By empirical analysis, the author proposes some policy implications on how to brood and establish a normal property rights market in China.
