摘要
介绍了射流电铸快速成型技术的基本原理与设备系统组成 ,并进行了基础试验研究。研究结果表明 ,采用扫描喷射电铸可大大提高电铸的电流密度 ,实验中可用电流密度高达 3 80 A/ dm2 ,远高于传统电铸电流密度 ;电铸电流密度和喷嘴扫描速度对铸层表面生长形貌有较大的影响 ,电流密度低、喷嘴扫描速度快易于获得颗粒细小、表面平整的铸层组织 ;当喷嘴口径小、喷射距离近时 ,铸斑尺寸小 ,定域性好 ,快速成型零件的尺寸精度高 ;
The theory and the system components of jet electroforming orientated by rapid prototyping are presented, and the fundamental experiments are achieved. Experimental results show that the current density used in jet electroforming is greatly higher than that in traditional electroforming;the practical current density used in the experiment can reach 380 A/dm^2; The current density and scanning velocity of the nozzle have great effects on the deposition surface morphology,the deposition with fine grain and flat surface can be achieved with lower current density and rapid scanning velocity;electroforming spot and part with high precision can be got with small size of nozzle and short jet distance.A group of copper parts is fabricated by the device.
