摘要
文化由于其强制性而对发生在一定文化系统内的企业创新有深刻的影响。本文在回顾了创新与文化的基本理论后,重新厘定了企业创新的边界,论证了企业文化的相对独立性,进而从文化对企业创新的影响机制与影响维度两个方面论述了文化对企业创新的影响模式。
Culture has dramatic effect on enterprise innovation for its intrinsic compulsion. The paper first reviews the basic theory of culture and innovation, and then it re-defines the boundary of enterprise innovation and discusses the relative independence of enterprise culture. Based on these analyses, the effecting mechanism and dimensions of culture to enterprise innovation are put forward to explain the effecting model.
