摘要
对桂林丫吉村岩溶试验场不同岩溶地貌的土壤微生物生理群的分布特征及土壤生物活性强度进行了研究,结果表明土壤生物活性强度的变化与土壤微生物数量的变化趋势基本一致。同时讨论了土壤微生物数量与土壤有机质、全N、有效N和速效P的相关性及微生物生理群在该场区氮循环中的生态作用。
Distribution of soil microbial physiological community and intensity of soil biological activity among different karst landscape in the Guilin Yaji Karst Experimental Site were studied. The results showed that variation of the intensity of soil biological activity was almost in accordance with changes in soil microbial number. The relationship between soil microbial number and organic matter, total N, available N, and available P of soil samples, and the ecological effect of soil microbial physiological community participating nitrogen cycle in this area were also discussed.
