摘要
以高纯甲烷 (99.9% )以原料气体 ,采用等离子增强化学气相沉积法将碳镀于金属钛表面获取的硬质碳膜 (i-C) ,测定其理化性能。将其与纯钛、医用不锈钢、纯铜 4种材料植入小鼠体内 ,测定对机体NK细胞活性和IL 2产生能力的影响。通过体外细胞培养法 ,计算了细胞相对增殖率 ,评价了毒性级 。
Pure CH 4(99.9%)that deposited onto titanium surface is used to make a i-C membrane by CVD method and some properties were studied.i-C,pure Ti,medical stainless steel and pure copper were implanted in the mice,and NK cell activity and IL 2 were determined,with a cell culture method to determined the relative proliferation rate of cells and the rank of cytotosicity of materials.The results showed that i-C had better biocompatibility than pure Ti and excellent physical and chemical properties.
