摘要
目的:观察灵芝多糖的抑瘤作用及对小鼠免疫系统的影响。方法:MTT法测定灵芝多糖的细胞毒作用。小鼠荷瘤建立动物模型,观察灵芝多糖对荷瘤小鼠的存活期、抑瘤率和免疫系统的影响。结果:灵芝多糖对肿瘤细胞无直接杀伤作用(P<0.005),体内可延长荷瘤小鼠的存活期;治疗组小鼠的NK细胞活性、淋巴细胞转化率、血清中TNF蛳α均有显著提高。结论:灵芝多糖抗肿瘤作用是通过机体的免疫系统介导的。
Objective: To observe the anti- tumor action of ganoderma polysaccharides and its influence to immune system in mice. Methods: MMT method was used to estimate cell poison action of ganoderma polysaccharides. After creating the animal model of mice bearing tumors, we observed their life spans, rate of anti- tumor and influence of immune system of ganoderma polysaccharides in mice. Results: Ganoderma polysaccharides had no direct killing action for neoplasia cells(P < 0.05),but it can prolong the life span of mice bearing tumors. Compared by the treatment bundle and the control bundle,we find that NK cell activity,transformation efficiency of lymphocytic cell and TNF- α in blood serum in the treatment bundle appear striking rises. Conclusion : The anti- tumor action of ganoderma polysaccharides in mice was mediated by the corpus immune system.
