微波治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎的疗效观察

目的为改善慢性肥厚性咽炎的症状。方法采用珠海和佳设备公司生产的EBH—VI耳鼻喉综合治疗仪,输出功率50～60W,将接触式微波辐射棒紧贴淋巴滤泡表面,持续3～5秒。结果145例一次治疗总效率,二次治疗总效率。结论应用微波治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎,疗效满意[1],不良反应小。

Objective To improve the symptom of chronic hypertrophy pharyngitis. Methods AdoptEBH-VI otolaryngology colligate cure instrument made in ZhuHaiHeJia equipment company, the output poweris 50～60 watt, Use contract microwave radiation bar cling to the surface of lymph follicle and last 3～5 second. Result The once cure total efficiency of 145 cases is 92.3%. The twice total efficiency is81.3%. Conclusion The near period cure of sing cure chronic hypertrophy pharyngitis using microwaveis satisfied and unhealthy reaction is little.
