噪声作业工人血浆热应激蛋白60抗体与心电图异常的关系研究

Study on the Relationship between Antibody against Heat Stress Protein 60 and ECG Abnormal in the Workers Exposed to Noise

目的 探讨噪声作业工人血浆热应激蛋白 (HSP) 6 0抗体与心电图异常之间的关系。方法 用Westernblot免疫印迹法测定噪声作业工人血浆HSP 6 0抗体水平。用多因素Logistic回归分析HSP 6 0抗体水平与心电图异常的关系。结果 心电图异常组噪声作业工人HSP6 0抗体阳性率为 15 4 % ,心电图正常组为 5 9% ,差别有显著性意义(P <0 0 1) ;在排除了常见心血管疾病危险因素的影响后 ,心电图异常与HSP6 0抗体之间仍然存在着较强联系。结论 血浆HSP6 0抗体可能是噪声作业工人心电图异常的危险因素。

Objective To explore the relationship between antibody against heat stress protein 60 and ECG abnormal in the workers exposed to noise.Methods Serum anti-HSP60 was determined with Western blotting technique in the workers exposed to noise. Logistic regression model was used to analyze the relationship between anti-HSP60 and electrocardiogram abnormal in the workers exposed to noise.Results The positive rate of anti-HSP60 in ECG abnormal group was 15.38%, significantly higher than 5.92% in ECG normal group. After adjusted by the generally recognized risk factors for cardiovascular disease, it still had a strong association between anti-HSP60 and ECG abnormal.Conclusion Anti-HSP60 may be a risk factor of ECG abnormal in the workers exposed to noise.
