摘要 A型流感病毒是致人和禽类感染、致病的重要病原体 ,病毒能否感染宿主和致病 ,其毒力是由多因子决定 ,并由基因组编码的 1 1种功能蛋白分工协作完成。流感病毒可通过表面抗原的变异逃避宿主保护性免疫 ;HA是毒力的主要决定因子 ,NA、PB2、NS1和新发现的 PB1 Influenza A virus is an important pathogen for human, and an enteric virus of many avian species. Virulence of influenza A virus is determined by multiple factors, and completed by the cooperation of the 11 coded functional protein. Antigenic variability of the 2 surface glycoproteins allows the virus to escape the host protective immunity. HA is the major virulence factor, whereas NA, PB2, NS1 and PB1-F1,the newly found protein, are involved in determination of virulence of influenza A virus.
