本文是《分析试验室》期刊定期评述中关于原子发射光谱分析(AES)的第二篇评述文章。文中对1990~1992年期间我国AES领域所取得的进展作了比较全面的评述。内容包括概述、火焰发射光谱法、电弧发射光谱法、火花发射光谱法、电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法、微波感生等离子体原子发射光谱法、亚稳态能量转移光谱法、激光增强电离光谱法等方面。引用文献407篇。
This is the second biennial review on the development of atomic emission spectrometry,mainly in China,during the period of 1990 to 1992. It includes flame emission spectrometry, arc discharge emission spectrometry, spark discharge emission spectrometry, inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) , direct current plasma atomic emission spectrometry (DCP-AES), microwave induced plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (MIP-AES), metastable energy transfer emission spectrometry (MTES),laser enhanced ionization spectroscopy (LEIS)with 407 references cited.
