摘要
儒家的“民为本”、“和为贵”、“为政以德”等管理思想 ,与现代企业管理“以人为本”、团队精神、管理者应具备人格魅力等管理理念是一致的。对于更好地发挥职工的积极性创造性 ,提高企业凝聚力 ,对协调人与人之间 ,各个部门之间的关系 ,促进经济的发展 。
Basing on human, valuing harmony and governing by morality” are the managing theories of the Confucian School in ancient China. These theories provide basis for the principles of “people-oriented”, team spirit and good personality of leaders required by successful modern enterprises. The great significance of the Confucian School lies in helping the workers to give full play to their roles, reinforcing the unity of the company, improving relationship between different people and different units and promoting China's economy.
