美丽红豆杉种子化学成分的研究(Ⅰ)

STUDIES ON CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS OF SEEDS OF TUXUS MAIREI (Ⅰ)

从美丽红豆杉种子中分离得到 1个甾醇和 9个紫杉烷类化合物 ,鉴定为 β 谷甾醇 (1) ,5α cinnamoy loxy 9α ,10 β ,13α triacetoxy taxa 4 (2 0 ) ,11 diene(2 ) ,taxinine(3) ,taxinineJ(4 ) ,taxinineB(5 ) ,taxinineE(6 ) ,10 deacetyltaxinine(7) ,taxuspineW (8) ,decinnamoyltaxinineE(9)和紫杉醇 (10 )。除化合物 2、3、4以外 。

One sterol and nine taxane diterpenoids β-sitosterol(1),5α-cinnamoyloxy-9α,10β,13α-triacetoxy-taxa-4(20),11-diene(2),taxinine(3),taxinine J(4),taxinine B(5),taxinine E(6),10-deacetyltaxinine(7),taxuspine W(8),decinnamoyltaxinine E(9)and taxol(10)were isolated from the seeds of T.mairei.Except compounds 2,3,4,all the compounds were obtained from the seeds of this plant for the first time.
