苔藓植物提取液对作物种子萌发的影响 被引量:30

摘要 用5种苔藓植物配子体的水提液分别培养5种作物种子.实验结果显示:羊角藓 Herpetipheurontoccoae 、山羽藓 Abietinellaabietilla 、塔藓 Hylocomiumsplendens 、细叶金发藓 Polytrichumlongisetum 对小麦 Triticumaestivum 、玉米 Zeamays 、大豆 Glycinemax 、落花生 Arachishypogaea 、菜豆 Phaseolusvulgaris 种子萌发均有不同程度的促进作用.温带光萼苔 Porellaplatiphylla 则对上述5种作物种子有不同程度的抑制作用.其原因可能是藓类与苔类配子体的主要次生代谢产物或内源激素不同,有待进一步探讨. Five species crop seeds were cultured separably by extracting liquor of five species bryophytes.The crop seeds were Triticum aestivum,Zea mays,Glycine max,Arachis hypogaea and Phaseolus vulgaris.The bryophytes were Porella platiphylla,Herpetipheuron toccoae,Abietinella abietilla,Hylocomium splendens and Polytrichum longisetum.The experiment result indicates that the extracting liquor of 4 species mosses have differently promotive effect to the seeds sprouting and the extracting liquor of 1 species liverwords (Porella platiphylla) have differently restrictive effect.The reason could be that the product of secondary supersession in mosses and liverwords differ or internal hormone differ.It is necessary to approach the subject from different angles.
