我国民营企业生命周期各阶段管理问题探讨

Probe into management problems incurred in the life cycle of private enterprises

改革开放以来,我国民营企业蓬勃发展,同时在企业的不同发展阶段也出现了许多问题,其中制约企业不断壮大的主要问题之一,就是企业管理问题。因此,就这一问题的产生根源进行探讨,并寻求解决的措施,是推进民主营企业发展的当务之急。

Since China's open up and reform,there has been a prosperous trend of private enterprises,but some problems are found during the various,development stages,especially,business management,which is the main obstacle limiting enterprises' expansion.This paper aims to probe into the very reasons and puts forward effective
