A Economical Analysis on Administrative Monopoly and Anti-administrative Monopoly Law

本文用经济分析的方法,对行政垄断(尤其是地区封锁)和反行政垄断法作较深入的解析,提出完善我国反行政垄断立法应以成本-收益分析为标准,以实现有效配置稀缺资源的目的。

In recent years, more and more scholars have realized the importance of the economic means in the analysis of legal issues. This article makes a detailed analysis from the economic point of view on the administrative monopoly (especially on the district blockade) and the necessity of legislating to control it, aiming to display the economic background of the administrative monopoly as well as its proceeds and cost, and sums up some legislative suggestions against administrative monopoly in our country.
