On the Value of Economic Law ——From the Comparison of Three Angles

价值是法律科学的基本范畴之一,将经济法的价值与一般意义的法以及邻近法律部门,主要是民法和行政法的价值进行比较,从而进一步论证以实质正义、社会效益、经济自由与经济秩序和谐为其独特价值取向的经济法具有独立法律部门的地位和独特的存在价值及意义。

Value is one of basic domains of law science. We compare the value of Economic Law with that of Law, Civil Law and Administrative Law in order to find that the value orientation of Economic Law is pursue substantive justice, social benefit and harmony of economic freedom and order. Through this way, we can verify Economic Law as an independent branch of law and have specific existential value.
