藿砂合剂治疗食管贲门癌根治术后肠功能紊乱33例

Huoshaheji for Intestinal Dysfunction After Radical Operation of Esophagocardial Cancer:Treatment in 33 Cases

食管癌贲门癌根治术后肠功能紊乱,是这类手术后较常见的并发症,其发生率高达54％,常规采用禁食、补液、止泻收敛药物等方法,疗效甚微,我们对这类手术病人常规采取主动给予藿砂合剂治疗,每次30ml,1日3次,术后第5天开始用药,连用4天,取得较满意疗效。临床上凡病人出现舌苔白腻或厚腻,脉象濡或细者,均可预先用药,能减少症状的发生。

Intestinal dysfunction after radical operation of esophagocardial cancer is a common complication,the incident rate is 54%.The routine methods of fasting,fluid infusion,antidiarrheal and astringent had tiny effect.Huoshaheji(Mixture of Agastachis ＆ Amomi)was given to such patients ac- tively:30ml,t.i.d.,five days after operation,and four days making a course.The effect was satisfied. For redticing the symptoms,it could be used in all the patients with white-sticky or thick-sticky tongue coating and thready or rolling pulse after operation.
