摘要
用单边裂纹试样,研究了X60管线钢经预拉伸变形量为5%、10%和15%后的疲劳裂纹扩展特性。结果表明:随着预拉伸变形量的增加,疲劳裂纹扩展速率提高,尤其是在裂纹扩展的近门槛区。定量分析表明:预拉伸变形降低了疲劳裂纹扩展门槛值,提高了裂纹扩展系数,从而使管线在机械损伤的部位疲劳抗力降低。
In the present study, experimental investigations were carried out on the fatigue crack propagation characteristics of X60 pipeline steel after different degrees of pre-tension deformation (5%, 10%, 15%). Test results showed that the fatigue crack propagation rate increased with increasing the pre-tension deformation degree, especially at the near threshold section. The results of quantitative analysis showed that the pre-tension deformation reduced the fatigue crack propagation threshold and increased the crack propagation coefficient, and consequently decreased the fatigue resistance of the part with mechanical damage.
