摘要
近年的研究表明葡萄膜炎主要是一种自身免疫性疾病。细胞因子作为一类由免疫细胞产生的调节细胞功能的高活性蛋白质多肽分子 ,主要参与免疫反应和炎症反应。文中阐明了细胞因子在葡萄膜炎发病过程中的作用。发展新型免疫干预策略 ,尤其是中药对葡萄膜炎患者体内细胞因子的调节 ,有可能是未来的主要研究方向。
Latest study shows that uveitis is an auto-immune disease Cytokine is a kind of hyperactive protein molecule secreted by immune cell Its main role is to adjust cellar function and take part in immune and inflammation reaction In this article,we clarify its function during the course of uveitis and develop the new immune interfering strategy It may become the main study direction in the future that the Chinese Medicine adjust the cytokine in the patients with uveitis
