摘要
介绍了一个应用数据挖掘技术的柴油机故障诊断系统。通过对柴油机信号数据的获取和分析,建立了故障诊断模型。从关键技术、系统体系结构、功能模块等方面论述了诊断系统的设计,给出了建立模型的基本思想、具体算法和步骤,并结合具体的信号数据建立了诊断系统。通过该系统对待识别信号数据进行故障诊断实验,表明该系统能有效地对柴油机活塞组件和气门机构故障进行诊断。
In this paper, a fault diagnosis system of diesel engine based on data mining technology is introduced. By acquiring and analyzing signal data of diesel engine, the model of fault diagnosis is set up. It describes the design of fault diagnosis system from key technologies, system architecture, function module and presents the basic idea, material arithmetic and step to erect model which formed the fault diagnosis system by combining signal data. After diagnosed identfication signal, it was effective for the system to diagnose piston and valve of diesel engine.
