摘要
二苯胺(DPA)水溶液在紫外区有特征吸收,因此本实验是在紫外光区(270nm)的分光光度法直接测定的.由于没有引入其他试剂,无引入误差,经与液相色谱方法比较,有良好的准确度。
The main composition in wastewater is DPA,which contains no other organic substances in normal condition.We can detect it by applying direct ultraviolet photometric analysis. DPA in water has strong absorption in UV range. Thus, the experiment adopts photometric analysis in UV wavelength (270nm) to detect the content of DPA in wastewater directly. Because we didn't use another chemical reagent, so there is no other error being brought in. Compared with the HPLC method , the method is of high accuracy and easy operation.
