摘要
目的 :探讨天山堇菜不同溶剂提取物的抑菌作用。方法 :采用纸片琼脂扩散法、比浊法和稀释法对天山堇菜不同溶剂提取物进行抑菌实验研究。结果 :天山堇菜不同溶剂提取物对供试菌金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌均有一定程度的抑制作用。结论 :天山堇菜不同溶剂提取物对供试菌均有一定的抑菌作用 ,是有研究。
Objective:The different solvent extracts of Viola tianshanica Maxim is used to restrain bacteria. We can carry out the research of bacteria property.Methods:We do the research of different solvent extracts of Viola tianshanica Maxim by turbid comparison way and the way of diluting.Results:The things we use to restrain bacteria have certain inhibition effect against Staphylococcus aureus?Escherichia coli?Shigella dysenteriae?Bacillus subtilis.Conclusion:The different solvent abstracts of Viola tianshanica Maxim have obvious antibacteria action.
