摘要
介绍了一种由高速微机、信号源、高速数据采集卡、虚拟仪器开发语言LabVIEW与CVI构成的暂态量保护软硬件开发平台,一台微机与信号源构成信号波形输出部分,用以输出故障暂态信号;两块采样频率为MHz级的数据采集卡与另一台微机构成暂态量保护部分,用以数据采集和保护计算。EMTP仿真数据和现场实录数据的测试表明,该开发平台可以无畸变地再现故障暂态信号,可以实时地进行数据采集和输电线边界保护的运算,为暂态量保护的原理研究、算法试验、样机研制奠定了基础。
This paper introduces a development platform for transient based protection, which involves the software (LabVIEW&CVI) and two hardware parts. One part is to output fault transient signals, which consists of a PC and a signal source card. The other part is for transient data acquiring and relay protection, which is composed of another PC and two data acquisition cards with MHz sampling rate. This proposed platform is tested with data from EMTP simulation and field recorders. Test results show that the platform is able to reproduce transient signals without distortion, to acquire transient data rapidly, and to perform the real-time protection calculation. This work is the foundation for principle researching, algorithm testing and prototype development of transient based protection.
