从阐述新奥法施工的核心入手 ,论述了公路隧道施工监控的必要性 ,结合广东、福建等地高速公路隧道工程实际 ,分析了公路隧道施工监控在监测项目、监测方法、监测手段等方面存在的主要问题。提出规范公路隧道施工监控市场 ,制订施工监控规范 ,明确施工监控中各方的责、权、利 ,开发公路隧道信息化施工管理系统 ,是今后的发展方向。

Aiming at the New Austrian tunneling method, this paper discusses the necessity of construction monitoring of highway tunnels. Based on the practical situation of tunnels on expressways in Guangdong Province and Fujian Province, it analyzes the main problems related to monitoring items and monitoring methods etc. for construction monitoring of highway tunnels. It points out the trend of development in highway tunnel construction monitoring, including standardizing highway tunnel construction market, drawing up construction monitoring specifications, making clear the responsibilities, rights, and advantages of each side in construction monitoring and developing the construction information management system of highway tunnels.
