汽轮发电机转子绕组匝间短路在线检测方法的研究 被引量:41

摘要 提出了汽轮发电机转子绕组匝间短路在线检测的一种新方法。这种方法是在探测线圈法的基础上,把小波变换用于突变信号的检测,对定、转子气隙中探测线圈上感应电势信号的故障特征进行提取,以实现对发电机转子绕组匝间短路故障的检测及故障点的定位。实例表明,该方法适用于故障信号的特征提取,适合于发电机转子绕组匝间短路故障的在线检测。 A new on-line fault diagnosis technique based on detecting coil method for detecting interturn short circuit in turbogenerator rotor winding is presented. This new technique applies wavelet transformation for inspecting abruptly changed signals in the detecting coil, and extracts fault characteristics of inducted electromotive force signal in the air gap, thereby realizes the detection of interturn short circuit fault and finds the fault position in generator rotor winding. Practical examples have shown that the new method is applicable to extracting characteristics of fault signal, and is suitable for on-line fault detection of interturn short circuit in turbogenerator rotor windings.
