摘要
研究了沸石的处理方式、渗透蒸发体系的组成以及醇-水混合物中氢键的变化对Silicalite-I沸石填充聚二甲基硅橡胶膜渗透蒸发性质的影响.实验结果表明,沸石经水热处理以及在醇-水混合物中加入盐、酸等电解质能提高膜对醇-水混合物的分离性能.
In this paper, the influence factors, such as the treated methods of zeolite, the composition of feed and the change of hydrogen bond in feed have been studied on silicalite-I filled PDMS membranes. The results show that pretreating zeolite under steam and weakening the intensity of hydrogen bond in alcohol-water mixture by adding electrolytes such as salt and acid can improve the separation properties of the membranes signifcantly.
