摘要 由3,5-二碘代水杨醛和4种芳胺作用合成了4种Schiff碱化合物,均为新化合物.通过元素分析、红外光谱及核磁共振氢谱等对合成化合物的结构进行了表征,并与HBSA对比测定其对鼠肝线粒体呼吸控制率的影响以及氧化磷酸化过程无机磷的变化,以此对化合物的生物活性进行了评价.结果表明,所合成的化合物(尤其是1和4)具有较好的药效,有望成为抗肝片吸虫病新药. Four novel Schiffbases compounds were synthesized by 3,5-diiodosalicylal and four kinds of anilines. The structures of these compounds were characterized by elemental analysis,IR and HNMR.Meanwhile their uncoupling activity were tested (biological activity) by determining the influence on mitochondrial respiration control ratio (RCR) and the variation of inorganic phosphate in oxidative phosphorylation (ΔPi).The results shown that most of the compounds had relatively high uncoupling activityies,especially the compounds 1 and 4. So the compounds 1 and 4 will become novel faciolicides and were worth further studying.
