摘要
介绍了北京交通大学为培养学生实践能力和创新意识,在修订培养计划、改善实验室环境、设计实验教学体系、加强实验教师队伍建设、分级教学等方面所做的尝试和努力,已初见成效。
In order to train student's practical skill and creative consciousness, this paper expounded the attempt and effort of Beijing Jiaotong University in the aspects of making training-plan, improving laboratory environment, devising experiment teaching system, reinforcing the construction of experiment teaching team and teaching with different levels of students etc., which have received some initial results.
