反应合成六钛酸钾晶须的研究 被引量:19

摘要 采用分析纯K2CO3(K)和TiO2(T)为原料,按不同摩尔配比混合配料,采用不同的合成温度和保温时间反应合成钛酸钾晶须,并利用SEM和X射线衍射仪对其形貌及相组成进行了分析。结果表明:原料配比是影响合成产物的相组成及相对含量的主要因素,而合成温度和保温时间对钛酸钾晶须形态的影响较为显著。当K/T的摩尔比为1∶5~6时,1000℃保温1h炉冷即可制备出高质量的钛酸钾(以K2Ti6O13为主)晶须,且晶须的收率高。 Potassium titanate whiskers were synthesized by calcining mixtures of K2CO3 (K) and TiO2 (T) in different K/T molar ratio and at different synthesizing temperatures and keeping time. The morphology and phase components of the potassium titanate whiskers prepared were measured by SEM and XRD respectively. Experimental results show that K/T molar ratio is the primary factor that affects the phase components and relative contents of the potassium titanate whiskers synthesized; while synthesizing temperatures and keeping time have distinct influence on the morphology of whiskers. Potassium hexatitanate whiskers (a main phase of K2Ti6O13) of high quality with a better yield were obtained when the molar ratio of K2CO3 and TiO2 is 1:5-6, and the calcining condition is at 1000°C for 1 h.
