摘要
研究了Ca、Si复合合金化对AM60合金显微组织的影响。结果表明,AM60的组织随着Ca、Si的加入显著细化,其中Si主要在晶界处生成强化相Mg2Si,Ca形成CaSi2对Mg2Si起形核核心作用,使Mg2Si形态由粗大的汉字形变成直径约3-7μm的小块状。经T6和T5处理都使合金硬度提高,但是对Mg2Si形貌没有影响。晶粒细化和Mg2Si的生成都强化了合金基体,提高了其显微硬度。
Effects of Ca, Si joint additions on microstructure of AM60 alloy were studied.The results indicate that the microstructure of AM60 alloy was refined due to Ca, Si joint additions. It can be seen that Mg2Si particles disperses on the grain boundaries. The morphology of Mg2Si particles can be modified by Ca addition. So square-like type Mg2Si particles is assumed, which diameter is 3-7μm,but not Chinese script type Mg2Si particles.The microhardness increases by T6 and T5 treatment.But,the morphology of Mg2Si particles was not changed.The microhardness of AM60 alloy was increased by refining microstructure and Mg2Si particles.
