润燥止咳汤治疗喉源性咳嗽36例疗效观察

Clinical observation on Runzaozhike decoction in treating 36 cases of laryngeal cough in children

目的 观察润燥止咳汤治疗小儿喉源性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法 5 6例患儿随机分为 2组。治疗组 36例口服润燥止咳汤 ,对照组 2 0例口服伤风止咳糖浆。 2组均 7日为 1个疗程 ,2个疗程后统计疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率为 94 .4 4 % ,对照组为 75 .0 0 % ,2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Runzaozhike decoction on laryngeal cough in children. Methods 56 patients with laryngeal cough were randomly divided into two groups. 36 patients in treatment group were treated by Runzaozhike decoction;20 patients in control group were treated by Shangfengzhike syrup. The therapeutic effects in both groups were observed after 14 days. Results The total effective rate was 94.44% in treatment group and 75.00% in control group,there was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Runzaozhike decoction has definite therapeutic effect on laryngeal cough in children.
