摘要
为了选择合适的表面改性技术来提高燃油喷射系统零部件的耐磨性能 ,解决目前油泵油嘴偶件 ,尤其是柱塞偶件时常出现过度磨损、咬死的问题 ,研究了液体渗硫、固体渗硫、气体渗硫、低温等离子渗硫等表面改性技术 ;对风磨芯轴、锥度测量头做了低温等离子渗硫的初步试验 ,经过处理后的风磨芯轴寿命提高了 10倍 ,锥度测量头的寿命提高了 2倍以上 ;对渗硫技术的作用机理进行了分析 ,初步认为
Some surface technologies such as liquid sulfurizing, solid sulfurrizing, low temperature plasma sulfurizing, etc. are studied in this paper to improve the wearability of parts and components of fuel injection equipment, especially to solve the problem of abrasion and locking of plungers and barrel assemblies. The spindle life has been increased ten times after treatment of low temperature plasma sulfurizing test, while that of the core shaped guage has been increased twice. Therefore, it is feasible to apply this surface technology to fuel injection equipment .
