摘要
信息时代必然要求图书馆不断创新以适应时代的要求和发展,图书馆文化是图书馆创新的基础和协调改革的条件,如何重新认识图书馆文化,如何创新图书馆文化是当前我们所面临的新课题。
With the advent of information era, the library should keep sustainable innovation to meet the need for times request and development. The library culture is a foundation of the library innovation. This paper focuses on how to re - know and innovate the library culture under the background of information era.
