摘要
研制纯水溢流阀面临腐蚀、气蚀破坏以及高压下密封困难等诸多技术难题。文中简要介绍了自行研制的先导式纯水溢流阀的工作原理、结构特点以及材料选择,并对其进行了实验研究,测试了其静动态性能以及稳态压力-流量特性,分析了影响先导式纯水液压溢流阀动态特性的因素。实验研究结果表明该阀在额定工作压力14MPa下,其静动态性能可满足使用要求。
Faced to the technical solutions on corruption, cavity failure and liq uid-proof under high pressure, this paper briefs the operation principle, struct ure and materials selection of the self-made pilot operated water hydraulic valv e, and analyses the factors influenced on pilot operated water hydraulic valve t hrough experimental researches and test of its static characteristics and steady pressure-flow features. Along with these findings, the static characteristics o f this valve have proved the requirements under 14MPa of rated operation pressur e can be met.
