摘要
目的 比较苯对骨髓细胞和外周血淋巴细胞DNA损伤的程度。方法 将小鼠按不同浓度进行静式吸入苯染毒 6 0d ,采用单细胞凝胶电泳技术对小鼠骨髓细胞和外周血淋巴细胞DNA损伤进行分析。结果 高、低浓度组小鼠骨髓细胞DNA的迁移率显著高于阴性对照组 ,且两组之间差异有显著性 ,在同一浓度组的骨髓细胞与外周血淋巴细胞之间 ,DNA损伤差异有显著性 ,骨髓细胞DNA损伤比外周血淋巴细胞更为严重。结论 慢性苯染毒可致骨髓细胞和外周血淋巴细胞DNA断裂损伤 。
Objective To compare the effect of benzene on DNA damage of bone marrow cells and peripheral blood lymphocytes.Methods Mice were exposed to benzene by static inhalation at different concentrations for two months.The DNA break in bone marrow cells and peripheral blood lymphocytes from the mice were analyzed with single cell gel electrophoresis.Results Comparing with the control group,the rates of DNA migration of the bone marrow cells and peripheral blood lymphocytes increased remarkably both at high and low dose groups.DNA damage was remarkably different both in high group and low group.The DNA damage of the bone marrow cells is more serious than that of peripheral blood lymphocytes in the same dose group.Conclusions Chronic benzene poisoning could result in DNA break in bone marrow cells and peripheral blood lymphocytes.The rate of DNA migration of the bone marrow cells is more serious than that of peripheral blood lymphocytes.DNA damage is remarkably different both in high group and low group.The DNA damage in high dose group cells is high too.
