摘要
介绍了球阀阀口流量特性试验装置,对水压球阀在不同结构参数下的流量特性进行了试验研究。试验表明,当阀座半锥角为45°、倒角长度不大于Rcosα/4时,在所有试验的开度和雷诺数变化范围内,球阀有较稳定的流量系数(Cq≈0.9~1.0),且不易出现流量饱和现象;阀座倒角对阀口的流量-压差特性的影响较大,而倒角长度对其影响较小。
A test rig for testing the flow characteristics of ball orifice is introduced. Experiments on the flow characteristics of ball orifices with different structure parameters are carried out. The experiment results show that when ball seat's half cone angle is 45°, chamfer length less than Rcosa/4, the ball orifice has relatively stable flow coefficient, about 0.9-1.0, and has good ability to inhibit flow saturation under all test openings and Reynolds numbers. It is also obtained from the experiment results that the chamfer angle of the valve seat has great influence to the ball orifice's flow-pressure differential characteristic, however the chamfer length influences less.
