摘要
目的 :观察复方甘草酸苷治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法 :165例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,分别给予复方甘草酸苷和柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗 ,比较两组的临床疗效。结果 :总有效率治疗组为92 38 % ,对照组为65 % (P<0 05) ;临床治愈率治疗组为63 80 % ,对照组为13 33 % (P<0 01)。
OBJECTIVE:To observe the therapeutic effect of compound glycyrrhizin on ulcerative colitis.METHODS:165cases of ulcerative colitis were divided into two groups:trial group(compound glycyrrhizin)and control group(sulfasalazine). The clinical effects were compared between two groups.RESULTS:The total effective rates were92.38%in trial group and65%in control group(P<0.05),and the clinical cure rates were63.80%in trial group and13.33%in control group(P<0.01).CONCLUSION:The therapeutic effect of compound glycyrrhizin is satisfactory on ulcerative colitis.
