喉癌术中和术后的气道并发症及处理

Complications and treatment of airway obstruction of laryngeal cancer surgery operation

目的 对喉癌术中和术后的气道并发症进行总结。方法 回顾我科近 10年所做的 875例喉癌术中和术后气道并发症 ,进行归纳、分析 ,并提出预防方法。结果 共发生各种呼吸困难并发症 4 2例 ,其中严重并发症 8例。经归纳共有 6种不同并发症发生。结论 喉癌手术结束时 ,将气管造口两侧皮肤与气管壁两侧各缝合一针是很好的预防方法 ;认真细致的气管切开护理 ;对术后病人细心的传授、耐心指导 ,可有效减少术后的气道并发症。

Objective To analyze the complications of airway obstruction during and after the operation on laryngeal cancer. Methods To review and analyze the complications of airway obstruction that occurred in 42 cases of the 875 patients accepted the laryngeal cancer surgery in the past 10 years. The preventive methods were offered. Results Eight of the 42 cases of airway obstruction complications were serious. There were 6 kinds of complications found in the investigation. Conclusion It is a good ideal to suture the trachea with the adjacent skin. After the operation, the patient accepts a tracheolaryngotomy, and good nursing attendance. The complications of airway obstruction may be reduced post operation.
